WORKSHOP WITH SI-FU ALFREDO DEL-BROCCO

This year’s second workshop with Si-Fu Alfredo Del-Brocco will be held on Saturday the 17th of October 2009 commencing at 3pm SHARP!

The workshop topics will be on Wing Chun Strategy & Advanced Techniques and Wing Chun Ground Fighting & Anti-Grappling. Cost is $70 and will run for approximately 3 hours. Please finalise payments before Monday 12th October so we can confirm student numbers, thank you.

Wing Chun Strategy & Advanced Wing Chun Techniques Using Wing Chun strategies & principles we will explore how to apply them correctly in single & multiple opponent situations. We will also cover advanced techniques to help improve your overall efficiency when dealing with opponents.
Wing Chun Ground Fighting & Anti Grappling This component will address how to effectively defend yourself in street situations when you find yourself on the ground. We will also address how to deal with attackers who attempt to grapple and take us to the ground.
