UNDEFEATD – Nicola Francis – NO Affiliation with Tas Wing Chun

I would like to advise all concerned that Nicola Francis has had her position terminated and her rank removed due to her conduct relating to members and business. Nicola Francis (Undefeatd) has been informed she is not permitted to teach Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu or any material, intellectual or training programs of Grandmaster William Cheung, The Global Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Association, Sifu Leigh Duff, Tas Wing Chun Training Centre or Kung Fu 4 Kids.
Nicola has been informed by several local government departments and other authorities that they will not support her conducting business in their venues due to her teaching and the letters served upon her from GTWCKFA & TWCTC.
Whist Ms Francis has been issued with letters outlining her termination from both the Global Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Association, Tas Wing Chun Training Centre & Kung Fu 4 Kids, she continues to conduct classes and in particular use information and programs stolen from Leigh Duff and Tas Wing Chun Training Centre & Kung Fu 4 Kids data bases. We do not approve of such teaching or the use of any of our intellectual property, training programs or other training methods or reference to our organisation or use of Sifu Leigh Duffs name in any form. Nicola Francis and her School Undefeatd is not permitted to use our material and her behaviour is in clear conflict with the principles, values and codes of conduct in the martial arts. Furthermore all intellectual property and associated material remains the property of Grandmaster William Cheung, The Global Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu Association, Sifu Leigh Duff, Tas Wing Chun Training Centre & Kung Fu 4 Kids. Any use of such property is illegal and will be pursued legally. This information is factual and evidence to confirm the above is available to prove said facts.
